Usually black workout pants (crops in summer) and a t-shirt usually with some "logo" or screen print - ie; freebie from wherever.

LOL some of my shirts are the same way paint and spray foam.

for some reasons my workout shirts develop holes under the under arm and around the collar...so I have to be careful what shirts to wear on days where my hands are in the air above my head.  ;D

Alot of my workout clothes get mangled after a while anyway so I don't wear the "good stuff" to the gym. Strictly walmart crap. Older runners and non-expensive joggers / teeshirts / tops.

My gym is at home in a "gym room" out side
So I normally go out there in a tatty T shirt and under pants
Really really  ;)

Get your ass back in shape. You'll feel much better. And I don't care about fashion in the gym. Old pants, old shirt, old sneakers, old towel and a bottle of water.  >:(

Shoes?
Bare foot unless its raining or winter.
Then I wear slippers, crocs or slip slops, what ever is lying by the kitchen door that will get me there dry and warm

Pretty much the same. Sometimes match depends on my mood that day.

I have no complaints about the quality; they have actually grown on me.  It is just the idea of "Old Navy" being hardcore, even at a Planet Fitness.  :-\

They look sharp, but PF would never allow them...I can hear the manager shreiking, "Those shirts are too judgemental!!" before I smack him upside the head and get myself barred for life (again).

What's the planet fitness "thing"??
ever heard of the "lunk alarm"?

thats where i think it originated...

they are very protective of their clients feelings from overly muscular individuals, no grunting, no dropping weights(this gets to me too if its not necissary) etc...
