I spend at least 150$ per month of protein powder. 4 shakes of 50g of prot every day = 5lbs tub over in 9 days. fuck this shit.

SERIOUSLY! It does take more food to get big, but that means FOOD, goodbasic food.
Do the best you can to eat a lot of meat, veggies , and a pro drink or 2 a day. Slow and steady wins the mass race and you don't need 10 meals a day either

i only sleep about 2-3 hours a night.....so i have a lot more than 4-5 meals a day.....really though i only eat about 3 solid food meals...the rest are all shakes...and its not about growing muscle or any of that shit for me....i just really like protein shakes..

just calculated it real quick and i got minimum 450g of prot today lol. 200 from powder and the other 250 from food+milk.. I always drink a couple of cups of 1%milk with every meal to really pack on those proteins.. and I fucking love milk.. eq+tren also helps alot to eat 4500+ calories a day I guess

no way dude. you claim alot of things on here, but this only one I call bullshit. unless you have a real fucking big health problem and cant sleep or something, its impossible that you only get 2-3 hours a night. if I dont get in ATLEAST 7 hours of sleep a night, I feel like a zombie all day and have ZERO patience

ok thats cool.. you gonna die young bro at 125.. lolll.. but do you have like 1 day every week when you sleep like 15 hours in a row? or do you sleep maximum 3 hours every day without exception? if you're game you could try taking drugs to sleep and try sleeping 10 hours every day for a week or 2 and see if it help your resting heart rate.. because that sound like a heart attack on its way! dont take aas lol..

my grandma is 91 years old....her heartbeat is higher than mine....and she sleeps the same ammount of time as i do...i think i will be fine..

Anything worth having is worth the price you pay for it.
In my opinion, your system can only process so much protein. Don't overdo it. One rule of thumb is to ingest 1 gram of protein for each pound of bodyweight per day. So a 200 lb person would ingest 200 grams of protein a day. This includes all protein, not just what you get from the shakes. One reason many folks eat a lot of chicken or fish is because they are high in protein. Check the label on a can of tuna. The protein content is pretty high and tuna is relatively cheap.
Check labels on all the foods you eat, you'll be surprised how much protein there is in foods you don't normally think of as having protein in them. I drink a lot of dairy, eat cheese and eggs all good sources for protein.

nah...its a dark tank full of about a foot of water with about 800lbs of salt in it......and the water and air is equal heat...so it just feels like you are floating...just feels like you are floating through space...

The idea behind eating five or six meals a day is to keep your metabolism running high. In order to accomplish this, one should eat smaller portions at each meal. Another way to do this is to eat a healthy full breakfast then a few hours later have a light snack. Eat a small healthy lunch. A couple of hours later have another snack. Eat a light dinner. Have a protein shake before bed and a small amount of complex carbs which helps with sleep. Bingo, you just ate six meals.
Everyone's metabolism is different so how many calories one needs will vary from person to person. I don't believe it is necessary or even productive to overeat. And yeah, gear = quick size when you workout and eat healthy.

balonie,,body doesnt recognize the diff between liquid meal and solid meal ,only diff shoud be in timing ,,2 hours for liquid 3-4 for solid,,half of us professional eat 6 meals a day 4 of them liquid,,absolitly no idea what you talkin about,,

you can sleep fine on them if you feel liek sleeping,,but you have no need for it ,,4 hours will do due to the amazing prospect of trenbolona who will build muscle on the skinniest worst genetic respond person on the universe,,as gh15 said before you can become top amatuer contender for pro card within a year on trenbolona,,any single one of you ,,thats how good the drug is and thats what all of us used on the way to professional card,,it just build muscle infront of your eyes,,yes daily!

x2. sorry gotta disagree there with you god, im on test and tren, and my sleep pattern have not changed a bit, iva always been a big big sleeper. only difference in my sleep is sometimes I can wake up like 10 times a night, and im soaking wet each time, which is fucking disgusting because since im on gear my sweat smell horrible

That's a lot and it is even more, if you don't gain size like some fucking mushroom. And you don't, only who will gain anything remarkable about that silliness, is the guy who sell you that protein. You take 200g from shakes and I hope that isn't all what you eat. I hope that you have understand the first rule of protein intake, which follows: It is far better if you eat your protein, than if you drink it. Protein shake is something what you take between the meals to make sure that you get that 20-30g of protein what you can use.
