At first Phil was a good bodybuilder with great shoulders and arms. Without them it is quite possible he would have never turned pro. Since turning pro he turned all of his weak points into strong points. Even his "weak" chest is very good now [just gets dwarfed by his shoulders and arms in the most muscular]. I don't even think it can really be said that Phil has any weak points. I think that to win he will just have to nail his conditioning depending on how the others show up on the day of the contest.
