First of all, that's not 620 lbs. It's 410 lbs. Secondly, it's not even a half rep and considering he's standing up to achieve leverage makes it even more of a joke. Someone needs to call that number and call him a dumb fuk

He does have 2 more 45s and some change added to the handles under the normal load area so it looks to be about 600 plus but I dont know what thehell he was trying to accomplish here??? Holy Hell that was weird!!!

How many of you lovin fucks have ever tried inclining on a machine like this? Arent you amazed at the weight you can push? I mean, I can't bench shit, but on that particular machine, I can load more plates than it can hold...
Actually, I think in reality, if you were to convert the machine to another angle, it would be more like declines. That machine with heavy weights really just tags the rotator cuff tendons, not the chest. I mean, you feel it in the chest, but... ahhhh forget it.
Don't flame me today. I'm sensitive and vulnerable. BTW, where are all the threads that don't suck today?

I agree, when I was a kid we had a decline hammer strength machine in the gym. I could load up 3-4 plates on that THEN.
Haven't used a decline machine in years.

Hehe. I'm not demonstrative at all, but if some comb-over warrior like this tool was in my gym I'd just drop trou and pee on him. What a fucknut.

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine
anyways,..what phone number,...post it and Ill call it
i gotta learn how to record a skype call

this shit cannot be serious. It s a parody right?
