Title: The case for higher volume.
Post by: Master Blaster on September 06, 2010, 10:15:07 PM
Getbig's resident f^ck toy Russ Esterl!ng kind of had a point. The old pros from the 60-70's, that worked out sometimes 3 hours a day, had a look that has never been duplicated. Maybe there is a payoff for pulling long hours in the gym?

Oversized delts can make your chest look smaller. And they make some look blocky and retarded. Like Hide.

I think this is one of the things that makes people say they prefer iron age physiques. Arms and chest look bigger with small delts, but width suffers.

arnold purposely didn't train his neck to counteract the delt thing for width.
