there was a post by some guy who said workout with weights 3x a week then its said factors not contributing to weight loss: cardio and listed few other things, the dudes thumbnail showed him pretty ripped
I found the psot interesting since I have done cardio adn weights off n on but never hard diet adn just weights as this guy suggests.
Anyone know of that post? link? I searched a bit but couldn't find it sofar.
