just started taking some before lowering the calories in a few weeks( maybe I won't even lower them)
taking 50mg a day of ephedra, what's the normal dose and what's a high dose with this shit ?

Take 25 mg of ephedra, and 200 mgs of caffeine 1-3 times a day as tolerated. Upping the dose of ephedra/ ephedrine won't do much different results wise other than make your head spin and your heart feel like it will jump out of your chest

25mg x 4 a day for a week
then 50,75 and 100 x4 a week
ive done it. do it again if i had it n was legal.
no broncaid fuck that.
it's the only thing that gets naturals swimmers ripped
it's alot if you haven't been a recreational user or never shot crank.
i don't recommend this but a rack of 25mg's is really nothing to take
before going out to get some drink on, until your 50 or so

That's fucking insane, I take 50mg in the morning with my first meal and I feel like it's the limit as to how much I could take in one shot.
I am hot and sweaty the whole morning after I take that.
I think in 2008 for my show I went as high as 150mg per day, but I am not sure I don't remember well.
I used a lot of thermos for that prep

for contest prep you will have an elevated body temp 24/7
that would be the goal. you will need to increase the dose as
your body adapts. start small. see what you can and will tolerate.

Do not take too much at once, i had some crazy breathing issues a few years back when i was taking 50mg at a time.
I do not usually recommend it to anyone. T3 and a clean diet is much better for you and also more efficient.

when I will reach a certain level (about 8% bf), then I will start adding things like T3, Cardio and I'll start playing with the diet a little bit too.
the show is in May 2011, so I want to be ultra shredded in december 2010 and then I'll up the calories a big and come into the show looking full, shredded and veiny

This guy compete in the superheavies at the Mr. Canada. Big fucker. This was pharmaceutical Ephedrine. We used to just buy 200mg caffeine, take a baby aspirin and chug it down with grapefruit.
Some guys I knew would chug it down with the original Ultimate Orange. Now that was fucked up.

great idea- thats my approach too. i start with the basics- a diet, 20 min of cardio twice a day, and what ever sups i need. then as the weeks go by and the BF loss slows, then add in the thermos and start upping cardio gradually by 5 min a session a week, tweaking the diet as you go. a lot of guys start everything at week 12 and then when week 4 or 5 comes they have stalled out and have nothing left to do to stimulate fat loss other than to keep reducing calories while doing 1 hr of cardio twice a day and lose nothing but muscle.
btw when i used it i used to take 100mg before i worked out. i attenuated quickly to it and needed that amount after a while just to give me the same effects that 25 did when i first started taking it.

We're Canadian, guy. 25mg tabs are banned but 8mg tabs are legal.
I just take two (16mg) twice or sometimes three times a day with 60mg of caffeine. You don't need to take clusterfucks of caffeine with this stuff, just a little bit to stoke the fire. I've used it for weeks on end and pulsed it for a couple weeks at a time taking breaks and didn't notice a difference. But I find the best results if I use it for a few weeks, slow down on the cardio and let my body rest up, hit the cardio hard for a week or two more and then take a couple weeks off.
I really don't crash at all. I do taper off a bit so I don't get migraines but other than that, no difference. I just feel like a tweaker when I'm on it and the first few days I need to taper up. I'm tweaked right now though. About to take my third dose. Ramped up a little quicker because I put on some fat this summer due to my wedding and all the drinking. Time for some cardio at home in my undies while watching kung fu movies. 8)

it took me a good 2 months to completely 'get off' regular use of caff and bronkaid.
my BP is down, i'm gaining muscle weight again, but i sure can't stay up late or eat ice cream as much anymore.
today i did eat 15 mcnuggets, large fry, 2 diet mountain dew and a twix. yum.
