I usually workout in the morning or evenings but this time I tried it midday at work. Took off to the gym, worked out, showered, changed back to my work clothes and went back to work. It sucked ass. I couldn't stop sweating for about an hour. My dress shirt had sweat stains from hell.
Most of it was just trying to get dressed at the gym. It was hot and humid as hell, I at least blasted the AC on the drive back to work but then sitting at my chair I am feeling flush and hot.
Who actually does this?

I do.
Secret is during your shower gradually tuen the temperature down so by the end of teh shower its cold. That way your body is cooled down. Also don't rush about like crazy and you wont be too sweaty.

I usually train about 1, pick my son up from school then we have speed and agility camps right after that so I don't usually shower until evening.

Agreed about the shower trick, it works for me too. Usually can't workout quite as hard during a midday workout during lunch...too little time. Best to use midday workouts for extra cardio sessions or to work a muscle group or two.
I actually like the midday workouts, because my muscles are warm and my energy is up. It also helps keep me from falling asleep in the afternoon as I want to do on days when I don't workout. Plus you can show off your pumped up muscles to all the chicas on the elevator afterwards. ;D
