I fried a whole chicken Last Week in Buttermilk Batter and Jezebelle and I ate it in 2 sittings. I think only real men fry and batter their own chickens, but thats just me. ;)

I went up to 185 in March and then decided to shed the fat. At 185 I am still lean with abs but lack the depth of cuts which only a true lowering of bodyfat will bring.
I usually come back down to around 155-175 depending on how I want to look.

I think the era of "characterization" if you will, has passed. There won`t be hardly any legendary figures anymore as there are fewer and fewer opportunities or instances to illustrate or solidify an interesting persona. Technology, Values and Social Norms have all taken care of that and we are now relegated to a society of a bunch of bores.

No, I made a lot of things, including Ebbinger`s Chocolate Blackout Cake, Chicken Tikka Masala, Different types of Pancakes nearly everyday and a few other things. We cook nearly every single day and I do most of the baking as I always have to have something like cake or a pie to eat when I first wake up.
I eat 2200-2600 calories every single day, day in day out. No more and no less. I am capable of eating 3000 a day without gaining any weight, but I choose to keep myself in a slight deficit. All of this is done with no cardio and 3-4 days of weight training (30-45 minute sessions) a week.
So with that said, how much does your fat ass eat (its inevitably a high statistical probability that you are indeed an obese fat ass) and can you give a reference point as to how you look and your height/weight? I believe you have never come clean with any of this info DonkeyKong, (not that you would tell the truth anyways).

For instance, if someone (a normal, non poster on this forum) were to see one of your pix they would marvel at what amazing shape you're in and want to know how you stay in such good shape. Shit, they would even pay you to train them..
Bottom line, most people on this website just don't like people with low BF%'s

My maintenance caloric intake is estimated at 2400 kcal's a day BUT that doesn't include my vegetable calories (which I DON'T count because vegetables are easily digested). However, I go out and have sushi and whatever without freaking out much like you
