Title: The guy who KO'd Yates

I was reviewing Vrij's fight record and I see he got crushed by Paul Varelans! Yes! I love it!

Paul fought in MMA between 1995-1998. His nickname was the "polar bear"...he was not the most skilled fighter ever. But he was tough. He was 6'8 and weighed 320lb

Paul's record was not very good. I think he won as often as he lost. But he lost to some great fighters in the prime: Kimo, Kerr, Ruas, Severn, Tank, Vovchachyn ect..

But im happy He beat Vrij!

It never sat well with me knowing that Yates got unexpetedly puched out by some jerk who came out of no where... At a bodybuilding show!

I felt bad for big baby Varelans when he fought Kerr... watching the vid hurts.
