Title: Is overtraining BS?

I read some nautilus stuff in high school in late 80s.
I never got ripped.
I am 6-6 310 now so have height I am trying to chisel.
Is overtraining bs?
DO champs n pros just use volume and get used to it over time?

its all about recovery....i dont take any off day....but i take in a shit load of food, and shakes...and make sure my body gets plenty of rest...rest doesnt have to be sleep...

some people can do it, others cant......
