How does bite and jaw alignment affect strength and balance?
I remember seeing a clip on Discovery, it was such a long time ago. I can't remember much.

As long as you keep your toes pointed inward on lifts, jaw alignment does not really come into play.
Unless you are in the southern hemisphere. Then keep the elbows flared out.
