Title: My GetBig brothers, Help this guy out please!!

I told him that the condition he has is gynecomastia. He tells me that there is nothing wrong and that its all muscle!!

I told him that there is a benign growth underneath the areola region of his chest. He told me I dont know what the fuck Im talking about and still insists is muscle tissue! I told him he has bitch tits!

Can someone please tell him that he has gyno not muscle and he can only can get rid of it by getting it surgically removed!!

You can make anonymous posts on his bodyspace. Please tell him that its not muscle but GYNO!!!

I tried to tell him but he keeps telling me Im wrong!
