Have had the Lemongrass Coconut Chicken and the Chicken Florentine.

The 2 entrees I've tried are really good and need nothing added...I just add the yogurt to the one for a little more protein - it tastes good either way.
The nutrition panels are pretty decent too (except for maybe the sodium and some sat. fat)...not sure if Princess L would agree or not...would like her input.

The fat is good for both and overall they both look like good profiles, esp. the chix florentine. The other one is just a smidge high on carbs and a little low on protein, but overall, for frozen meals, they're good. A couple of their other entrees' eehhhh... not so much. I'm not a big sodium watcher since I get so little on a regular basis.
Generally, when buying a frozen meal, I look for (very loosely) a ~10/~20/~30 profile. 10 fat, 20 protein, 30 carb and fiber which would be a "balanced" meal for an avg female.
