Title: Workout Regimen of a Champion

If you do this workout every 3 or 4 days:

8x40kg - db deadlift
8x40kg - db shrug
8x40kg - flat db press
8x40kg - one arm db row
8x40kg - incline db press

you too can have a champion body like the anonymous monster who does this workout
