You've never had that little saying make sense to you? I don't givde two dog dicks about a bible but the saying isn't all that bad. It can bring light to a sore subject or help you give reason to things that shouldn't have occrured. It doesn't have to have anything to do with religion or faith.

True story. In Egypt an old lady was at the river getting some water and out of the blue a croc just jumped out of the water and lets just say that within minutes her and this concept we call life were no longer one. This was God's way of telling those people that it's time to get indoor plumbing. Sure, God, being omnipotent and all, could have just dropped a command out of the sky or maybe even appear in person and tell them himself, but this way he was sure to get their attention. Nothing like an innocent woman getting mauled to death in a truly hideous way by something that is as close to a dinosaur that we have to get your attention. That, or appearing in person and turning everybody's hair grey like he did to Moses. But, you know, God can't be everywhere... wait!???

I think religions gave ''god'' a bad name. I wonder how people would relate to god if they had never heard of any religion? When I think of that... you have only heard of anything of god from other humans... you obviously canlt trust humans(lol). I think we lose a lot to think about in life if we believe in something and never think of waht else might be. Rational people will believe that this book is the right answer. A book! what?! It seems god could have imbued christian virtues in us if he was making us. lol
