I hate  Cuomo.  That guy has done as much to fuck up the mortgage industry as anyone and all in the name of person self-aggrandizement.

I've said many times that Bush had very little to do with the problems in the credit markets.  The seeds were sown during the Clinton administration (with plenty of help from both parties).

Hell Feezing over alert.

you have a short memory

I've said that many times

unlike you I don't have an ideological axe to grind.  I place blame on the people who caused the problem and I don't care what party they are in.

it was just last week that I told you I don't blame Bush and give most of the blame for the asset bubble in mortgages/real estate to Clinton, Republicans and Dems for deregulating the commodities market (and Greenspan get's plenty of blame too for keeping rates so low and being asleep at the wheel about the growing risk in the subprime/Alt A sector)

Like that article in FreeRepublic that I posted pointed out, at the end of the bubble it was just pure fraud and greed that was running the show and mortgage pools were being created to fail.

download this to your ipod and listen to it and you'll learn in detail how the fraud was perpetrated:
