I think Geneticaly speaking nobody can beat Kai Green.If he comes in dry and hard, Jay doesnt stand a chance.Its all about genetics.People dont realize Kai, is genetically a muscular African American guy.Wether he worked out or not he would still be 200lbs and muscular.We have all seen these type of guys.They are usually naturally muscular, yet never work out.
I know a guy who play football for Princeton that weighs 208lbs, harldy works out and has a better physique then I will ever hope to have.
He eats what he wants, and is just lean and muscular.If he worked out, and ate properly, he would weigh 250lbs.
Jay,and Branch are great althetes, but when it comes to genetics, They dont have the same genetics Kai, or Phil Heath have.White guys will never have the muscle that is as grainy, has the fiber, or the small bones African Americans Have.Kai, could possibly be the next Ronnie, he has the size, the genetics, its just a matter of getting dialed in.Just 3-4 years ago, He was natural, he has come along way in a short period of time.
He went from not placing at all, and down and out Broke, to one of the top guys.Just by adding anabolics.I beleive he was natural, look at how well his body responded.He gained 50-60lbs on stage weight.At 30 something years of age.Thats quite a jump.I think Kai, can possibly be the Mr Olympia, if Oscar dials him in

If he his conditioning is spot on he'll take the title, but if he's off just a little bit he could easily drop out of top 3 as well.

White guys are grainier conditioning wise than Blacks......Just look at Munzer, Gaspari, Dorian Yates and Branch Warren.
And in the last Olympia Jay Cutler made Kai look small and should of really lost against Phil Heath.

Ahhhh, 200 Ibs??? These guys are all under 5'9. Kai would be happy to see 175 or 170 completely natural.
Also why use the term "african american??" Just say blacks.

Honestly, I thought you were one of the smarter guys. Yes Kai probably has the better genetics right now but he hasn't been natural for a long time. And there is no way he would sit at 200lbs without lifting a weight and looking muscular. Just doesn't happen.
Here's Kai in 99', I'd say he's around 195-200lbs? after years of training.

Kai, when he was competing in Team Universe would come in as a heavyweight.I am not total sure, but I am pretty sure his contest weight was 220-224lbs.A natural bodybuilder at 220lbs doesnt look nearly as big or ass full as a guy thats 220lbs on anabolics.Kai, looked 200lbs on stage, but I am pretty sure he competed at 220lbs when he was natural.
Mybe he was on stuff, back then, who knows, but if he was it must have been very very low dosages..The guy made a day and night diffrent in 3-4 years.
I remember when Kai was 21 he won the WNBF Natural World.Thats is a tough organization to cheat in.Back then he was competing at 210-215lbs.
I mean I could be wrong, but he looked natural to me, until 3-4 years ago.He even admitted, that he was no longer natural 3 years ago to my face.I said, kai, you hopped on the sauce, and he said yep.I said, it had to happen sooner or later, he said, well, I am a IFBB pro now.Its either do that or be broke.
He said I went as far as I could then I did what I had to do.
Up until 3-4 years ago Kai ,wasnt impressive, he just looked like a muscular black guy, lol.Now he is a freak.He weighed 284lbs at the weigh in.

Jay was amazing last year, but he's now had his two awesome Mr. O year's........Yates in '92 and '93. Coleman in '98 and '03. Jay had '01 (didn't win) and '09.

Kai has done some serious improvement - I'm very impressed..
BUT..
We all know he isn't going to win due to "politics", the guy is so drugged (AAS and recs) he can hardly speak or make sense.
The IFBB wants an ambassadeur - like "speeded" Heath (who obviously doesn't have problems promoting and so on..) - or keeping Jay in business.
Even if Kai beat Jay, they still won't give him THE title.
I'm a fan of Kai but he will never hold the Sandow, they will give it to Heath so..

Exactly! Being 5'7 or whatever Kai's height is is a genetic flaw right there. There is no human way possible for someone that height to ever get 200Ibs naturally and LEAN!

Didn't stop him from winning the AC twice, not to mention Dex has won the Mr Olympia, while being no poster boy himself.
Jay being the defending champ after a strong finish last year needs to be really off and Kai really on, for the former to be dethroned.

Supremely stupid thread. Did you even see Kai or Phil before they trained, they looked like anybody else that doesn't train. Genetically these guys aren't even particularly gifted from a structural point of view, narrow shoulders, average waists, shit load of faults. You have bad genetics, i have seen your pics, that has jack to do with race and everything to do with you. Kai wouldn't weigh 180 natty, let alone 200lb. ::)
