My company has outsourced at least 60% of its operations to India so far.

Perhaps if we didnt have waste of time,lazy ass unions here putting companies out of buisiness with their assinine demands jobs might stay here.Maybe if enviro kooks didnt have such stringent regulations jobs would stay.Maybe if the taxs werent so punnitive,jobs would stay.Sounds more like democrat demands and constituants are the reason for jobs leaving.

do believe that these workers should share in the companies profits as well?
