Title: Why didnt Balboa fight Lang for a 3rd time?

Lang easily won the 1st fight, Balboa whipped Lang in the return, Surely there should have been a 3rd to see who was the better man.
Lang would have known to train even harder for a 3rd fight as Balboa was certainly a challenge.
