yes.....drink a little rubbing alcohol everyday though to keep the muscles healthy on a cellular level...

it's always from one extreme to the other.

Lose the fat a little at a time... develop the "lifestyle"... don't worry about going from Blobby 310lbs of chewed up bubble gum to ripped and shredded O contender.
Losing 1 lb. of fat and gaining 1lb. of solid muscle is quite the accomplishment for most folks here..

That's because only about 7 or 8 members here actually train.

Losing wieght is easy more caleries out less in. The hard part is just mentally sticking to a plan.
