What a crock of shit the Kai hype machine turned out to be.

He don goofed. Consequences will never be the same for Kai. I suspect he went back to the fruit and it fucked up his mind. Fruit fucking is a hard habit to break :-\

i dont think he was over hyped- the hype was well deserved.
24 hours can make a world of difference in competitive bodybuilding, often ruining a whole prep of dieting and training your ass off.

exactly,
look at eh pictures of him one week out, two weeks out.........he looked pretty freaking dominant ( and im not a kai fan)
bodybuilding contests are won and lost in the 48 or so hrs. leading up to the show........your manipulating water/postassium/sodium/carbs....lot can happen
even if you do the same thing that you did to win a contest last year, you might look like shit the next cause the body is dynamic.......some cortisol is released, you flatten out
no reason to start having a funeral for kai' s career yet

Kai will be back. He just chose the wrong approach. Instead of going for conditioning he focused too much on size. With a different approach he will look diced again.
-
yeah he tried to "outsize" jay and failed.
-
Overweight, too.
-
do u believe his past is going to prevent him from every winning the Mr. O?

He wasn't too hyped as he won the Arnold twice. He was too heavy. pure and simple.
