wolf needs to get on the "phil heath supplement plan". if he could pack  on the mass like phil has in the next few years he'd be mr.olympia.

no improvement.  drop the guru, got tight and got a top 6 spot in a weak class of bbers.  supplement contract saving move.  wont improve 1lb in the off-season.
