If I wanna do a little cardio during an off-week, how intense should it be?
sweaty panting hard? (all hetero) like running?
or just some 30 minute stationry bike?
honestly I'm very lean, I just wanna not be so bored and maybe get even harder

machine bench
machine lat pull to chest pallael grip
machien parallel military
leg press
1 set no rest between, each exercise 9--120 seconds slow lifting
once every 7 days
