Title: The pros, hair removal
Post by: jtsunami on September 29, 2010, 07:55:53 PM
What is the chosen method for pros, I know gh15 said veet, but any opinions, chic what did you do?  How often do you have to shave, did you epilate or whatever it is called, permanent removal of hair?  Just seems like it would be so hard to do it so often being so HUGE!

I trim my chest and stomach with an eclectric trimmer gets it pretty close. I imagine they can do that than go over it with a razor.

I wonder how much full-body laser hair removal on a 300-lb man would cost.

Just shave...that away you can make your girl do it, and then ask to shave her box. Ask her like you're doing her a favor.

i know, I am talking week after week they do it, I assume they have adapted to another more time friendly method or permanent solution because that would take a lot of time each week.

Yeah you're right, my girl only does it every so often. I touch up with a razor everyday I jump in the shower. Nair was too much of a hassle. If you get irritation easily, I would go for laser hair removal. If not just try veet/nair...it was too much a hassle for me.

exactly. it takes a long time also. Shaving takes no time. You need to find a razor that works for you, buy plenty of extra razors, and find some shaving cream that suites your skin type.

This shit works believe it or not but i use some other kinds of Nair too.  8)

I use Razors on my underarms after i get out of the shower and remember not to take really hot showers because it drys the skin out.  8)

I use some girls Nair for the fuzz on my ass but it gets it off.  :o :o Just make sure that your G/F does not mind wiping the Fuzz off your ass.  ;D

Not a pro- but I always use Nair for men when competing.  Sometimes some fine tuning with a razor!

They're not.  It just appears that way cuz you're seeing them from a distance, with fake color on.

Yah, they shave before a show or guest appearance.  I've never known anyone (male) personally that used Nair or Veet, but apparently it works according to some here.

Several thousand $$$ total.

and it's not a one shot deal - ya need several "treatments" to eliminate all of it because hair has an uneven growth cycle.

Do you have coarse hair or is it more on the finer side?

Why don't you do that right in the shower  ??? Shaving dry skin is tough on it  :-\

I use some girls Nair for the fuzz on my ass but it gets it off.  :o :o Just make sure that your G/F does not mind wiping the Fuzz off your ass.  ;D    Again, just wipe off with a cloth in the shower  :-\

Shaving with a razor is the ideal option pre contest.  The last shave should be 2-4 days before the show, this allows time for any irritation to settle down.  Most pros would have a tiny amount of stubble on them (no homo), not be smooth.

Coarse Hair and that is why it works on me.  ;) If you have thick hair, you gonna need a Razor.  8)

I am not totally dry when i get out of the shower and still have some warm water on me.....just shave the underarms.  ;)
