In an article George Will penned a couple of days ago, he outlined the way lawyers and like minded individuals argue. If you have the law on your side, argue the law. If you have the facts on your side, argue the facts. When you have neither, yell and pound your fist on the table.

I'm not sure how that antidote is relevant to this thread, but I thought it was interesting nonetheless.
