Dieting depresses the shit outta me.

I've never tried to diet in my life.

Living with this constant hunger is a real eye opener.

I wokrout in the morning and have a great day afterwards. It lets out all that excess energy that will come out through depression, anger, or stress. It clears my mind and lets me think of the day, what i'm up to, and it just gives me a mini seminar on my life. If you really workout it probably is true it cuts down bad feelings. You gotta diet right too. Lack of protein has been linked to depression in countless studies. On top of that oyu need a good outlook on life  :D

We've lived all our lives in 1st world countries.  Received an education.  Never went hungry.  Never had to go to war.  Never lacked medical support.  Never went shirtless, shoeless, or serviceless.  And we've got the internet.  The internet ffs, where we can go and bitch about how hard our lives are.

Bingo,

A lot of people (including me) need a wake up call.

We've got it better than most.

I think you need to be able to handle getbig. It can be extremely negative. I was severely depressed for a while and getbig made it worse but when you are depressed all you think you have is your depression so I let getbig feed it; basically took a long break from getbig, sorted some things out in my head and life and now I am more or less fine. The trick is not to take getbig seriously; when you do, it is the beginning of the end. :)

Meh my theories is were living unnatural lifestyles. Spending far more time alone than we should. Too much time working on shit like school and pointless work. We lack any direct source of pain or disconfort. We have no direction no order, and nothing to look forward to as we get whatever we want when we want it.

LOL!! A Jesus freak.  No, I just share what I believe now.....no more, no less.  Actually, she became a believer in Christ years ago after we started dating.  She attended church with me and my family and in time became a believer.

OK; so you were infected by your environment. That is understandable.

Same. When 80% of your hours are spent working and being miserable, it's pretty hard being happy. I mean how often do people actually have fun? Like 5% of the time. That's why people do drugs more often.

I was nurtured and given guidance by my parents, grandparents and some of my aunts and uncles.  The majority of neighbors we lived next to and the vast majority of kids I went to school with had virtually no religious influence or affiliation whatsoever.

Your non-Christian neighbors.

Your non-Christian neighbors.

Ill-informed, self-righteous, nominal Christians form the majority of torch wielding mobs.  They're no more aligned with Christ than the non-believers they chase with pitchforcks.

I was very blessed to be raised by a mother and father that guided me and my siblings with love and that shared with us the love of God.  I never once saw my folks disrespect and speak ill of any nonbelievers in our community.
