Jay is the widest guy behind Ruhl. Much wider than Coleman ever was.

Phil is pretty narrow but the delt mass has evened it out a bit recently, he has very bad chest insertions and huge arms which make him look even more narrow than he would do otherwise.

This is totally true. If he hit it the way Ruhl hits it he'd look awesome, but he goes really wide with the arms so that his bis and tris dissappear.

especially when there are hundreds of stage photos available (which clearly show that YES, phil has very narrow clavicles)

Why would you think competitors' genetics would improve?

If Sergio and Arnold were in their primes today they would have the same physiques as all the other pros today.
