I have had good results doing sprints but I burn out.
Weight training I have always also burned out.
Jogging I was able to sustain but I would not like result.
I used to play 3 hour basketball a day but never got nice body from it only injuries.
I have not had mental power to try 1 system for X months sofar as i am I now going to try n do.
