I am 6`1. Actually, my forearms are massive, to this day I am the only people that I know that got stretch marks in that bodypart. They are far from their peak in this picture, but they are still outstading I guess.
Also, it is better if your foreams are shorter than the rest of your arms. Here it is a long forearm, and it doesnt look good at all (correia lost the olympia on his strucutre, 100%)

I think deep inside he is a really sad man, but since he looks like he does, the arrogance, the hypocrisy, etc, is just a defense mechanism to keep him from having to actually take a good look at himself, at the way he acts, how he speaks, and the person he really is.
He acts smug, superior, and arrogant because he feels if he puts himself above us, he can tell himself hes better than us and that's why the insults don't matter.
The only real thing his self esteem is based on is his intelligence, but he cant even face the fact that hes just not as intelligent as he thinks he is. (1st thing any person that is even midly intelligent will tell you, is that they dont know shit. The guy that talks the most, almost always knows the least.)
This is also why he desperately tries to prod people that get under his skin to post a pic, because if they don't he tells himself that they must look worse than him, and if they actually do post a pic, hell just try and tear their pics apart and point out all their flaws, again keeping himself from looking at the sad reality that is his own body.

Speaking on Buddhism, I'm not a buddhist, but was married to one for 14 yrs so I have an idea of what it is about. Fat Panda can certainly call himself buddhist, like many people who lie, steal, cheat, commit adultery and are otherwise immoral call themselves Christian or Muslim. Buddhism isn't immune to people who cloak themselves with the title of a religion yet don't follow it's premises.
Personally, I can't recall reading any posts where FP gifts people with his knowledge of nutrition and training so I can't speak on whether he knows what he is talking about or not, but these facts are indisputable;
1. that if he is applying that knowledge to himself, he is obviously in error and his knowledge is faulty based on his photos
or
2. He doesn't apply what he knows to his own life, which makes the knowledge worthless.
I'll be more than willing to withdraw the 2 statements if and when he posts a pic of himself in better than average shape.
