No, just a radical anti-colonialist dead-set on collapsing the nation in revenge for what he feels is the oppression done to the world by European nations during the colonial period for which his father failed in dealing with in Kenya. 

He is pursuing the Cloward & Piven model of trying to radically transform the nation into a neo-marxist state and using the tactics of Saul Alinsky to do it.  He knows he can't come out and truly express his goals, whixch is why he relies on teleprompters so much . . that is . . to avoid Gates & Joe the Plumber like gaffes where people figure him out.

No he isnt Satan,he is stumbling little community organiser,pissed off at America for what he sees as racial inequalities of the past.His goal is to get even with America ,to purposely wreck as much of it as he can,before he is sent packing back to his hood in Chgicago so he can continue his relationships with Rev. Wright,Bill Ayers,Father Flager and Farakahn.
