Just curious how many of you still do some sort of cardio vs just blowing it off...
FOr those that do, what are you doing?

I try and do cardio year round. Up until recently it was running the treadmill trying to use HIIT. Lately I have been trying to get my $50 a month worth of Lifetime Fitness dues by attending group classes where it's a little bit of everything from Spinning to cross fit. Gets my heart rate up and it's something different each time.

I always felt that what you do in the winter will determine what you look like in the summer. I always keep cardio going during the winter.

Run naked in the snow like Arnold did in Red Heat...
it burns lots of calories. ;D
