i keep getting the same pm over and over about how to get to advanced level bodybuilder,,i keep answering it and yet i still getting the same damn nonsense pms,,im not about to answer them every few days so insted i will write it here the KEY for bodybuilder physiqe,,

all taken together and FOR LONG ENOUGH TIME AS IN NO TIME OFF!!,, the major difference or the way you dumb generation call it the MAGIC ocure after week 5 the magic never stop ,,it just go stronger and stronger until you reach your capacity of holding lean muscle mass for your frame via aas,,you will not be as big as with uging gh and insulin but you will max yourself in size department while reducing bf% down same time with very little to do with what you eat as long as you know the ratios you need and dont purposly eat fat,,the only way you can eat fat and simply not care is when on gh other than that you need some balance over all in yoru diet but it is not as high importance as many make you believe it is ,,training should always be heavy and consistant
now,,the body composition changes only START HAPPNING FIRST 3 WEEKS ,,THEY ARE SOMETHING YOU FEEL AND SE BUT ITS NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 6 WEEKS AND 12 WEEKS AND 16 WEEKS ETC ETC,,THE LONGER YOU ARE ON THOSE 4 DRUGS ,,THE BETTER YOU RILL LOOK AS IN LEAN MUSCLE MASS ,,
I DONT CARE WHAT YOU HEARD BEFORE OR WHAT OTHER TELL YOU I TOLD YOU HERE THE 4 SPECIFIC DRUGS THAT RESPONSIBLE TO THE ABILITY TO BE LEAN AND BIG AT THE SAME TIME WITH OUT DOING EVEN 1 SECOND OF CARDIO,,AND ONLY WHEN YOU ARE BIG AND LEAN YOU ARE REFERED TO AS BODYBUILDER AMONG THE PEOPLE...SO IF THATS YOUR MISSION THOSE ARE THE EXACT DRUGS YOU NEED AND DONT LET ANYONE TELL YOU BULLCRAP
doses are dependent on the lean muscle you have on you ,,ofcourse there is a max and min ,,the max you will ever see only on aas is around 225lb at 6%,,5'9 ,,7 LB PER INCH GIVE AND TAKE,,ANYTHING OVER THAT YOU NEED GROWTH

If you're taking it with loads of test, then yes it does. Before my workout partner took it he had a decent bodybuilding diet. Once he started taking GH his diet slowly went the other direction, but he still gained muscle and lowered his body fat. When we were both getting ready for a show, he would cheat constantly - eating at IHOP, Mexican restaurants, you name it...still came into the contest and won. Once you add GH it's a whole new ball game.

It's a whole new level, combine it with slin and he gained about 30 lbs of muscle, tipped the scales at 290 offseason 260 contest. It brings the freakiness out, veins etc. He did have some forehead growth and major gut growth I will say, and that was enough for me to not want to touch the stuff.

I dont get it how he has a gut when there are pros without guts. Mcgrath doesnt got a gut does he not take gh?

How much GH was he taking for the forehead growth, apprently you need a shitload of GH for stuff like that to happen also you got to be using it for a long long time

GH + slin = gut , its been said many many times. Infact GH will lower your waistline further (according to gh15)

. Here is a post by a national competitor on olm. "If someone is at 220 I really dont see how gh will help them get past 230 in a few months. Maybe 225 at the most. However if they add insulin to the mix, I can see them breaking 240 in a matter of months. I have seen it all the time."

Gh will cause insulin resistance which will make you flat as hell and unable to gain bodyweight unless you add exogenous insulin.

You guys can make fun of what gh15 says but the fact is he is correct.
Sure if you take the above hormones train like a lazy bitch and pay no attention to your diet then dont expect much.
But if you train hard and put the effort into eating correctly then you will look look phenomenal upto how far your genetics will allow..

GH is only worth it, if you take huge amount of it and year long. Otherwise stick to AAS.

GH @ 2-4iu a day is great for keeping bf levels in check and general anti-aging purposes.

Never used it, for various reasons, but lots of guys I know deny using it when it's blatantly obvious they have (forehead etc) which tells you how effective it is. :D

Tren I would cycle , Masteron only use when lean lean.EQ is a compound I can do with or without but test you never come off.. :D
Still what he says is correct and at a certain level you never come off larger doses of those compounds along with others plus orals thats BB though.

gh15 use to say that dianabolona was one of the most important drugs in a BBer's arsenal. Now it's not even mentioned. What gives?
