As for Rich, he has really come a long way.  Here is a video from him in 2005 talking about his company:

In the DVD I mentioned above, he is at the 2001 Olympia expo talking about his supplement line.  He really didn't have much money in the early years as far as supplement companies go back then and he has worked his way up to over $100 million in sales.  That is pretty impressive if you ask me.
