I think that's quite strange with a lotta young guys. They are proud and brag about smoking weed (or other rec drugs), but are ashamed of taking steroids and would never confess that to anyone.
Like Swede for example, who brags about his weed use thread after thread, but ridiculously enough denies his roid use.

You won't make any gains if you "did nothing." Just get bloated, etc... you still have to bust your ass if you want to make serious gains, regardless if you are on or not. I've known plenty of guys who workouts were half-assed, who were on, and still looked like shit.

If not, you haven't tapped your natural potential. Try eating 3lbs of chicken per day, plus a dozen egg whites, then a myoplex.
I'd be sure...for starters, most or you wouldn't stick to that for a year, then I'd say you'll put on 20lbs easily in that time, if you did so.

How many grams of protein a day do you think is best Croatch?
It's where your getting it that is most important, but as most state 1.5x or 2x your body weight.
150lbs=300g
50g x 6 meals
Equates to just 8oz per meal.
A decent sized breast.

We've talked about this plenty of times but that's ok. See the problem is croatch, really, you just look like an average guy who works out and has some muscle. If I saw you on the street it wouldnt occur to me that you obsess about yourself (diet/training etc) to the extent you do. Not everyone responds to cycles as you have claimed to, where its do nothing and grow. But steroids are absolutely necessary to achieve a 'superhuman' physique. So while I understand and agree that juicers who dont respond well shouldnt put themselves through so much because it just 'isnt happening' (run a few cycles, if you dont see dramatic changes, then dont waste your time and money). But again, your physique, for those who do respond well, would be settling. For those who respond well, steroids are the key to unlocking a physique unattainable by the masses. And you dont have that physique, nor anything close to it.

Of course I did gear when I was competing, but lets take into consideration that when I did my last cycle for a show (3 years ago) the one before that was 18 years prior.

Ok, this I agree with 100% but I for one am not against the use of gear, the only time I AM against it was when it changed bodybuilding from actually looking like bodybuilders to looking like what you see today. I also agree that spending money on something that gives you no return what so ever is ridiculous. When I competed three years ago I knew that going in but I wanted to compete one last time because well.....I basically grew up with bodybuilding, followed it and like the training for it plus it gave me the drive to get my then fat ass into some kind of shape. When I started I was 238 and stepped on stage at 192 and my weight has not been past 210 since and as of right now I weighed in at 204.

But its nothing special, its average, its nowhere near a 'head turning' physique. Its clearly that of a guy who works out, but if its the physique of a guy who obsesses 24/7 over leading a bodybuilding lifestyle then you too should find a new hobby, or devote much less time to this one, I doubt youd see much of a difference.

Is he really better than the other guy, or is he just on drugs/more drugs? I see guys work out like little children often, they'll look very strong and be huge. It's a testament to how simple shit is, with the right drugs.
