Why in the fuck are we sending so much money and food to Africa instead of the poor people in Appalachia?

I'm all for taking care of our own, so to speak, but I didn't see anyone in this clip who has missed any meals.

Well we look at these hicks and say "they should know better."  When you see a bunch of sub 100 lb brown kids on tv you think, "they don't even have a chance."
