Title: Mike Tyson vs. Igor Vovchanchyn
Post by: AC Slater on October 14, 2010, 12:28:53 AM
Street fight, both in their prime.  Who wins?  IMO Igor is the toughest man to ever live and could very well beat Tyson.

I have to agree that this is possible.  Both were aggressive animals.  Watching Igor's old videos never cease to amaze me.

Igor is overrated.  His biggest win is against Kondo and a much smaller Sakuraba.

Alistair Ubereem Vs. Tyson in a street fight would be interesting.  Alistair is quickly becoming one of the best heavyweight kickboxers in the world and is a very good grappler (ADCC Euro Trial winner). He has been challenging Fedor for years, but Fedor's management keep ducking him.

"Igor is overrated"  ::)

 ::)

Igor never beat top competition.  When he fought decent fighters like Sperry, Rampage, Herring, Cro Cop, Overeem, and Nakamura he got beat.

The biggest wins of his career are against Kondo and Sakuraba.  Kondo was much smaller and way past him prime when they fought and Saku (174 lbs) took Igor the distance after fighting Royce Gracie for 90 minutes.

Hammer demonstrates yet again why he is certifiably retarded.

Igor was sloppy as hell. Aggressive and tough but sloppy as hell. He would get brutalised against a technical striker.

Street fight? With his speed strength aggression and raw power and animal like actions Mike Tyson would have killed nearly anyone including "Igor"

FIXED

Alistair has wins over Vitor Belfort (twice), Sergei Kharitonov, Mark Hunt, Cro Cop, Fujita, Brett Rogers, Badr Hari, Peter Aerts, and Ewerton Teixeira.

At 30 he's just now hitting his physical and skill prime.

Alistair is also on his way to making history as the first ever MMA Heavyweight Champion and K-1 Grand Prix Champion.
