I've done many years of free weight squats with no pad. I've notice a hump on my back lately.
My latest gf noticed it and I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this/noticed this.

I only front squat. Back squats makes you fat and lazy.

I think Platz didn't count reps, he counted time.
He did 225 for 30 minutes.

I have an enormous ugly hump but it's from good mornings.
