I'm somewhat rethinking my position on this "diet". I know 4 women who have done it and it really does seem to work. The reason I'm not totally against it anymore is that even though it's only 500 calories a day, it's also muscle sparing which is key. Apparently it's also supposed to 'reset' the hypothalamus too. I haven't seen any major rebound weight gain either. Of course the crappy pre-diet diet had to be adjusted to something cleaner and healthier.

Had two friends try it. they are married. The hubby lost a ton of weight, she lost a good bit. They are now past their original starting weight. rebounding hard.

My grandafther did this and every body thought he had cancer he looked shit. And he lost a lot of muscle then his doc tried to give him 200mgs of cyp every 2 weeks because he lost so much muscle mass not just fat but the testo made his psa levels go up so he eventually got back to starting weight and he did it all for nothing

Totally correct with this though all u have to do is tighten up the diet and do cardio for a consistent amount of time and any body can drop some lbs may take time but no one is patient

I do believe HCG has fat burning properties from personal experience similar to GH
Whenever I do PCT off cycle along with clomid I seem to get leaner and its not cos I am just dropping water from cycle either.
I am thinking of running it year round.
The 500 calories thing is bullshit and for obese people.
For a decent trainer obviously that's gonna be impossible to train on properly.
