i gave up hope, if they dont grow from back training alone dont bother to train them apart.

Yes, religiously.  ;D

Had my right forearm muscles sliced through to the bone a few years back. Makes for a nice deformity, strength loss, and loss of sensation.

Nope, it wouldn't suit my build. Some guys it really suits, but if you haven't built a decent base through compound lifts don't bother.

Forearms are like calves, they either respond or don't.

Fuck.  How did it happen?  Do they think the nerves will grow back over time and give you some improvement in strength and feeling?

Used to work as a glass cutter.

Glass is sharp, apparently. Who knew?

Almost 10 years later and the injured area is still sensitive to the touch, akin to hitting your funnybone.

The nerves were sliced in half and had to been stitched back together, after another doc had stitched the nerve into the muscle...grrr.

Still have little feeling from the cut down to my hand and touching the hand in one area creates a sensation in another area. My dominant arm is no longer my dominant arm in terms of strength. Good times!

Not consistently.  Perform enough heavy lifts overtime and they'll develop.

Injury wasn't too painful, but getting the nerves reattached with only a tourniquet and a local anaesthetic applied was agony.

I've met a few window guys who were missing fingers.  The glass game sounds brutal.

Im not one of these "they get enough stimulation from back" guys.  ::)

I train them twice a month, after back. 1 exersice heavy weight, high reps. Sometimes i train them with arms....it really depends actually but i definately train them.

I have great forearms. they have that "bump" (brachialis?) Phil heath has. well not that HUGE, they look like a mini version of heaths.

They are definately a plus in creating a powerful look.

Yep.

Took a while to be able to pick again, but I still shred.

Another scar lengthwise makes the scars form a cross. Large buildup of scar tissue forms the lump.

Glass fell on me and ripped the flesh from my shoulder to my wrist. Pretty disgusting at the time and I almost passed out while trying to dress it myself. haha! The scar has shrunk quite a bit over time. Can't say I miss that line of work.

i want my dick to look like Hazbin's Forearm(s)...

...then, the FBI can hire me to be a special type of Interrogator for any female criminals they have to question who won't spill the beans on the crimes they've committed.  I would come into the interrogation room, not say a word and just unzip my pants and just hold my Hazbin-esque cock and start waving it around like a Veiny Phallus of justice:

"Look Bitch, tell me about the Bank Heist in Glendale or you're gonna get it"

I do a shit load of wrist curls and hammer curls. My forearms still suck. Only time they get decently big is when using dbol.

I started doing mine twice a week after a flare up with wrist tendinitis.  They've grown a lot, and it has helped many other lifts.  The tendinitis went away and never returned as well.

a lot of it is genetics.  i have shorter muscle attachments on mine, so at the wrist, they are very small, but they are very large as you go towards the elbow.  my brother on the other hand, has long muscle attachments on his, and his forearms look like huge clubs.  some people have more veins like hazbin and another friend of mine who has forearms that were that veiny in middle school.

genetics vary.  i think the only way to get them truly a lot bigger would be to gain 'overall' bodyweight.  you wont normally get huge forearms unless you have huge arms, body, etc.  hazbin's forearms are big, but so is the rest of him.

Genetics=everything!

I agree that a lot of it is genetics. I have a small bone structure, and my attachments are about midway down, but now really low.  Since I started concentrating on them again though, I see a definite improvement in size and vascularity. As well as doing wrist curls and reverse curls, I like doing wrist rollups with a small bar and a rope attached. A few sets rolling both ways, and your forearms will be pumped and burning!
