Title: Calf Raises: does anyone do them?

I read that they are the best for developing calves. Can anyone confirm this?

How many folks here can actually say they've made fantastic gains on their calves by training alone? I don't mean 'by yourself'-- I mean genetics-- just like forearms. You either got em
