depends on what ur goals r as far as, bb'n, sports, fitness, etc.

I found that doing semi side leg raises hits the inercostals without making the obliques look too big.
Do leg raises laying on the bench at a 45 deg angle to the side.

Twisting motions have always worked better for me....When I get around 10%bf my obliques are the first ripped part of my abs

i only train the big musclegroups, small muscles training is for pussies

I tried that once, all my power lifts decreased because of the lack of support

now I train everything including hair skin and nails
