It's a good exercise where you can use a little bit more weight than in regular curl. I do it for strongman because it trains the forearm in the position that is important in the sport. Good for overall forearm size too, of course.

best exercise for mass to me
i go up to 32kg but thats considered puny by those above me
i believe 40kg is more like it
