A combo of running, bike and rowing. You want an all around approach, boredom sets in pretty fast with just one form of cardio. Have a individual day for each or even do two or all three on the same workout day. Anything can become good and demanding cardio; punching a heavy bag, stair climbing, spinning, etc. Good Luck.
