I see quit a few of those here in los angeles, you dont need a motorcycle license to ride one of those in the states since its a 3 wheel bike you can use a regular Auto license ... never seen a person really take off on one of those not sure how fast they go, come to think of it i never seen on in the freeway either

Being reall frank, I would love to try the whole two wheel thing again, but I took a nasty drop on the bike (not going too fast, maybe 25 mph) and it kinda freaked me out a little! At the time it happened I was ready to jump right back on it, but it wouldn't start, ended up not riding for a while til I got it fixed, then did once or twice after and that was it, just didn't feel comfortable!

It was the original 16-valve, liquid-cooled, four-cylinder engined motorcycle, the stock road bike could do 150 mph, it was the fastest production bike of its time.
If you look close in the movie....you can see it strapped to the trailer while Tom Cruise is "riding" it.

My friend had an Eclipse Turbo in Hawaii. I drove that little fucker a few times. That car hauled ass. My Porsche orginally had twin turbos and have no idea why whoever took them off did that. One of the fastest (at least quickest) cars I have had is the 86' Mustang GT 5.0 convertible. That fucking car hauled ass and handled great. My stuntman friend has one teo and we did the Sunset Blvd. race several times. That car sounded deep and tough. That was the best year and the last year they had carbs. I had ordered a Saleen one year. Even put $5000 down. I never picked it up or went back to the dealer. It was white on white. This was back in the mid 80's. They had just come out I think.

i was actually looking for a 3000gt on craigslist couple of months ago.. my friend had one in highschool and i loved it.. for some reason it was just an exotic car like a ferrari to me... i saw a ram air transam where i live for $4k which seems to cheap. probably fucked up but the youtube video he posted it looked clean

Fastest I went in mine was about 210-220km/h. I'm guessing coz me speedo only went up to 180 and the needle got stuck goin past it. Another 80-90km/h on top of that? No chance.....

The 3000 GT is a heavy car...and expensive as hell to modify. I'm not even sure there are that many aftermarket parts for it. You can easily buy an LS1 Camaro-Firebird or New Age 4.6 Mustang for just as little money...and pay a LOT less to make it stupid fast(some Cam only LS1's run 10s). For a little bit more, there's no shortage of GTOs and 98-04 LS1 Corvettes around.

they never get it totally right, either, the rims are wrong, or the ground effects are wrong, or the stickers are wrong
plus the V6 sits higher
seems like a lot of trouble to go through, its not like a mustang GT is that expensive
you are a thousand time cooler getting a used GT , then a new LX

exactly...even worse is V6 mustangs that people put "cobra" "boss" "GT"....who are they trying to fool
Ohhhh man.... See I have no problem with the V6 mustangs - Mustangs are gold in my book, regardless of which model it is..... but I HATE when people put a fake GT or Cobra emblem on it!! Drives me nuts!!!
Its like the people that smack a fake "M" on their 3 series BMW, or a fake "AMG" logo on their C-class!
So tacky!
