Title: Hey Coach I Have a Question (MMA)

If you were to put a fighter on a cardio program for a fight, using only standard gym equipment (treadmill, bike, elliptical), what kind of program would it be? Would they be doing 2 a days, long sessions, HIIT? I'm just curious how it would differ from a bodybuilders precontest cardio.

Please consider if you only had those 3 option for cardio,....I am aware you would use other methods

out of those three I guess the elliptical or bike. I hate the treadmill.
