Glad to have you back man!

What new experiments have you conducted or what finding did you discover in terms of diet and training etc?

i find it best to not even train but have more sex with my girl instead, then relax and watch an informative movie or documentery or learn about something. Im still on my feet every day working but not working out, however i try to move fast in whatever im doing , occaisonly ill do pushups just to see where im at as in once a week. Sex is more of a workout and all that you need. Weightlfting requires the body to partake in more sleep...
I respect those who still wish to workout in there 30's .. Suprisingly im 270 pounds low as 265 i have a layer of fat but im still inshape

The discussion of zero point energy has peaked my interest. apparantly there is an infinite battery in the works. Zero point energy is marginally-superb free energy, there is a device and it works

zero point energy

i probably wont post that much on the main board but will post stuff about zeropoint energy on getbigs sub boards or randomly leak informations within threads, i dont want to start threads on scientific things on the main board i feel this would cause chaos

but superior nutrition and cooking methods are key
k
today i enjoyed raw potatoes dipped in smuckers natural peanutbutter

im thinking of making an eggplant parmesean but substituting the eggplant for breaded ground collard greens in marinara sauce and browned mozerella cheese or perhaps american cheese

things are very clear now, its only a matter of space till i reach the point of creating my device to witness alternate realities

i can see that we will have a type of "webcam" service with the other planets long before we can travel there physically. As for right now its too difficult to travel inside of any safe metals at high speeds at this point

damn bro this is really weird i just did a search on the movie and it talked about how the producer died of a heart attack 3 months after the film was made, he also contracted spinal meningitis around this time and this was about the same time if not exactly i had that flesh eating disease/hole in my arm and then went vegetarian.

its very sad i actually had a long enlightening talk with the producer and he was telling me about alot of transcendental type shit before i had ever really begun talking about it on getbig. i remember being high off of weed and listening to the dude

http://gotriad.news-record.com/content/2009/06/03/article/producer_took_chance_on_new_filmmakers

The first time I interviewed Greensboro film producer Adam Ross, my assignment was to write a story on his low-budget sci-fi action film "Children of the Hunt."

Sitting in a lawn chair a quarter-mile from the set his family owned in the woods, Ross was this scruffy, wild-eyed scarecrow of a man. My assignment was to write 600 words, but our recorded interview lasted nearly two hours as Ross talked about 3-D filmmaking, transcendental meditation, Richard Donner's original Superman movie and the realistic potential of human time travel. I asked maybe two questions.

And although there was no way that even a fraction of what Ross said could fit into a 600-word feature on his film, I didn't regret a single moment of our conversation.

On May 24, Ross died of a heart-attack after contracting spinal meningitis. He was 37.

That Ross would die as the result of a rare bacterial infection was cruelly ironic, for he was a severe germaphobe.

i think he might have been gay, he had a little bit of sassyness about him but he seemed like the only cool one there worth talking too, he was intelligent and knowledgeable .he was telling me about ancient civilizations and some crazy shit , this what peaked my interest in studying it all. The rest of the people there were boring and would be entertained by silly nonsense, the blonde chick was cute however i was smashing a fine ass hoe in raleigh at the time..

you don't attribute that to the mega dosing of yeast protein coupled with weed smoking?

I had cardio arrhythmia to and from, only at resting state, some years back. No other symptoms. Don't know what the fuck was causing it. There was nothing I could do about it but try sleep it off.

It cleared up though.

what is weird is that my girl had spinal meningitis a few years ago and it went away , and i have heart issues now, and this producer played a pivitol roll in enlightening/motivating me to studying transcendental theories and he died of a heart attack and had contracted spinal meningitis beforehand  :o

i swear all i cared about was gettin pussy and getting ripped up until the summer of 2007 when i got my arm infection than began studying other things

its a weird world i tell ya like a fucking code

you don't attribute that to the mega dosing of yeast protein coupled with weed smoking?

I had cardio arrhythmia to and from, only at resting state, some years back. No other symptoms. Don't know what the fuck was causing it. There was nothing I could do about it but try sleep it off.

It cleared up though.

yes that influenced it in the beginning, but i havent smoked weed in practically a year nearly 8 or9 months!

yes i notice it at resting state, i notice things like icecream trigger it, but its hard to stay away from that. but the raw foods, juices and water definitly help

crazy stuff, it came and went as it pleased,  I noticed morning it was always fine even if I had fell asleep with it. Kept wondering if I was going to wake up or not sometimes. I read it is more common for people who have developed their  cardio a lot though. And I figured if it was that serious I would have already died. I'm sure I fucked something up somehow though.

failcan, you have mentioned your heart problems, but could you clarify please?  from what you have posted in the past, it seems you felt like you had some cardiac episodes and deduced on your own that you may have heart issues without consulting with a physician.  have you actually had these concerns addressed by a physician, or are you just diagnosing yourself?  if you haven't seen an actual doctor, maybe you should go and have some tests done... maybe you don't actually have the serious issues that you are worried about.

someone that i cared for i thought was dead thus i felt i wanted to be dead too at the time
but you could give up on working out, just save your energy to work and make money to feed yourself to survive on this planet. Youll find that by quitting training you can get away with sleeping a couple hours less in my experience.

He man= yes i had a physical in a fasted state, nothing abnormal showed up, im sure ill need to see a specialist instead

look at this bro

Two-time Nobel Prize winner Dr. Linus Pauling estimated that the rate of heart disease would be reduced by 80 per cent if adults in the US supplemented with 2,000 to 3,000 mg of vitamin C each day. According to Dr. Pauling, "Since vitamin C deficiency is the common cause of human heart disease, vitamin C supplementation is the universal treatment for this disease."[1] Heart disease is the number one killer in the US. For those with existing heart disease Dr. Pauling said that blockage of heart arteries could actually be reversed by supplementing with 6,000 of vitamin C and 6,000 of lysine (a common amino acid) taken in divided doses throughout the day. Vitamin C supplementation both lowers serum cholesterol levels and repairs lesions of arterial walls. 1998 Nobel Prize winner Dr. Louis J. Ignarro found that supplementing with vitamin C and vitamin E significantly reduces the risk of developing arteriosclerosis.[2]

for the lysine i just drink a ton of whole milk and cereal icecream . right now im having french toast with agave syrup with a glass of milk yum..i think even with my vegetarian diet i still need supplemental vitamin c to deal with todays toxins

orange juice has well below therapeutic dosages (high dosages) of vitamin c

what linus pauling is saying is you need mega doses of vitamin c

the rda values of C are highly substandard

Maybe YOU should read that.

Where exactly is the part where they write that Vitamin C cures cancer?

I never said anything against Vitamin C, but let's face it, it's a Vitamin. Deficiency in it will cause problems, and taking the right amount will improve health, but it's just a vitamin.
