50 mcg should be enough..Anything more you risk losing muscle  esp. without running Test.

It's really just about keeping things in balance, not adding T3 in for the sake of losing fat.

From my own personal experience, yes.  I always supplement 50mcg of T3 daily while I'm on GH.  Never noticed a difference in blood work when doing T3/T4 combo as opposed to just T3.

Interesting.   I took 25mcg for a week and looked really flat.   But it could have been my low calorie diet too.   Maybe ill increase some clean carbs and go to 50mcg for a week to see what happens.    Thx
