Hey Bob, some pieces of shit try to make us believe they eat like this to gain weight ( The diet below is the one Palumbo claimed he did back in the days)
MEAL #1: 10 whole eggs with 1 cup oats-- eat cooked
MEAL #2: 1.5 Met-Rx Packets (white packet) with 100g carb (ultrafuel)
MEAL #3: 6 McDonalds Cheeseburgers with Fries and 2 Apple Pies
MEAL #4: 1.5 Met-Rx Packets (white packet) with 100g carb (ultrafuel)
MEAL #5: 12 whole eggs, 1 cup oats, 1 cup apple juice, 40g whey protein-- BLEND and DRINK
MEAL #6: 1.5 Met-Rx Packets (white packet) with 100g carb (ultrafuel)
MEAL #7: Chicken (8oz) with 1 cup rice

He's basically living off MetRx and eggs. With a nasty McDonald's meal and some chicken.
Not healthy, disgusting, but certainly possible with enough drugs.

False...Do you know how much food you'd need to maintain 300lbs at 5-7%bf? It aint gonna be chicken and rice and there's not enough time in the day to eat that clean and be that weight at 5'9-5'10...You gotta get those calories in.

These aren't even 12 small meals, these are big portions at each meal. All the drugs he was on would of bloated him anyway due to the effect they have on your digestive system, 36 eggs alone would be what almost 3000 calories, nonsense.

No wonder it does, 44g have only 22g protein, but 15g carbs and 6g fats.
It's more a MRP than a protein powder, maybe good for bulking, but i'd never use this as a protein source alone.
