Title: 127 Hours - based on the true story of the hiker who cut his own arm off..

After his hand was stuck under a boulder for 5 days!

Apparently they actually show him cutting his arm off, and at the screening people were leaving, crying, and even passing out!!!

I would hihgly doubt people left, passed out etc.  Seems like they are trying to hype up a movie that's not worth watching
